For existing clients, wishing to use our IM client just download and install the following file on your PC:

For Mac OS: http://www.igniterealtime.org/downloads/download-landing.jsp?file=spark/spark_2_6_3.dmg

Imex must create an account for you prior to you logging in to the system.
