TRIM enables access to documents through a variety of interfaces including several web solutions.

TRIM Web Content Management (WCM)

TRIM WCM offers tight integration exposing documents stored in TRIM, meeting the requirement for a robust and easy to use content management solution, collection of data via forms as well as State Records Office (SRO) compliance.

ICE

ICE is a fully featured web client for TRIM, enabling user to access around 90% of the features of the full TRIM client.  This is an ideal solution for remote sites, handheld devices operating wirelessly or for developing custom solutions.

Using ICE it is possible to perform all the major functions most users will need including check out and check in, uploading documents, creating records and searching.

ICE is fully customisable so your corporate look and feel can be applied to the pages and the function of each page can be customised to suit your requirements.

WebDrawer

While WebDrawer is also a web based technology, it is far simpler and has less features.  Notably it is for presentation only, users can only search and read documents, there is no capability to check out and edit documents. 

This makes WebDrawer useful for integrations and providing low cost solutions to accessing TRIM documents online.  The pages are simple HTML making it easy to customise the look and feel of the page as well as its function.

SDK/Web Service

Using either the SDK or the Web Service, skilled developers can build custom applications to perform a huge range of TRIM functions.  This lends itself to custom web based applications allowing access to TRIM using the method that is most suitable for any given environment.
