TRIM WCM

TRIM WCM is licensed as an additional module to the TRIM EDRMS. This site runs on TRIM WCM.

WCM is an elegant solution that addresses all these requirements while providing a tool that makes managing intranets, internets and extranets extremely simple.  As sites are built based on standard technologies including XML and XSL and styling based on Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) it is possible to make a site look however you like. 

In addition to page based content and documents linked from TRIM, multimedia content such as Flash, Silverlight, audio and video can be incorporated into the site.  Scripting languages such as javascript are readily incorporated to extend the functionality of the site.

Documents can be configured to be sourced out of TRIM via Saved Searches to present individual documents or lists.  Individual documents can be managed so that specific versions are displayed:

• Last Registered
• Last Published
• Selected Version
• Last Finalised

Using these options, content area experts can manage their TRIM based content without needing to be exposed to the WCM, ensuring content is always relevant and accurate. Image libraries in TRIM can also be easily displayed online.

Sites can also be designed to address guidelines for Accessibility and usability.
